I purchased a kids toy car through amazon. And it is not working, amount is 13299/-. Contact with seller he told me that send his address and when the product is received in his hand he will defenetly refund the amount. So I return his address. Now he did not pickup the product. Now the product is in delhi. After that he did not attemd my calls and he blocked my number also. He cheating me. I want my refund amount.
