So on 12th July I had ordered from brand maart (rs 2800) and It suppose to be delivered on 18th July .The shipping was provided by Amazon shipping but unfortunately my package was delayed for delivery so I contacted the Amazon customer care and they always reply the same saying that contact shiprocket for any help .The while shipping is provided by Amazon and they are responsible for it .Till now (23th July ) it’s still a delay by Amazon they say they don’t know .
In the tracking screen everyday there is fake update saying the carrier has left and Bangalore facility and after some hour it has reached the carrier facility.
Amazon is doing a these kind of scams everyday and some action should be taken .
