On 2nd August 2021 i cancelled a shipment from Amazon and was promised refund of Rs 439 in 3 to 5 working days, its 11th August 2021 today and still No Refund has come in my bank account ???? Everytime i call Amazon Customer Service they give a new date for refund to come. First they said 5th Aug then 10th Aug and now they are saying 13th August refund will come. They are just playing with my money and i dont know what to do.
