Hello,

My self Mrinali thakkar my prime account is also registered by mrinali thakkar name, i Ordered oneplus 9R in exchange mode on 17-aug.Once the delivery agent come to home for deliver the parcel so at time he said to gave me a old phone i gave him after that he told me that he will take my phone to check some other authority person so told him as per amzon policy he has to check infront of me on the spot but he denied me to check infront of me so after that he even ask or take my permission to cancelled the ordered even he didn’t inform me also that he is cancelling my order. After that i talked with senior executive his name is shrivardhan he also not give proper responsed i told him that update my order or else cancel my exchange but he denied so i didn’t get any proper response it was not my fault as an customer i trust on amzon but this time the services its too worst amazon delivery agent are cancelling orderd on there mood and all not even ask to customers that they have to cancel the order or not. So as an loyal customers of amazon i really disappointed and unstaisifed with this kind of services that i ordered 44000 product and i am not getting any proper services its totally worst and now i wil not trust on amzon services i have 9 accounts through my prime membership but i am cancelling just because amazon delivery services and excecutive services are worst they are not even ask of inform to customers for cancelling the order or any issues kindly please check it your own team this kind of services are totally wrong we are trust on amzon and paying money in advance before delivery of the products if ordered cancelled by your delivery agent on thier own mind so now as an middle person his or her money is block for 5-7 days and 44000 is not small amount for us and your senior executive are giving answer like that you can order again how its possible to invest 84000 money at a time this is not a solution or services for customer even customer has not even single fault or any issues by customers side so could please complain on delivery agent that this kind of services are impact on amzon brands.Kindly please do something for my satisfaction or customer satisfaction and let me know if you need any details from my side.
