I have purchased JIO Postpaid plan of rs 999/- for fiber services.
In this Plan Amazon Prime service are complementary but I have not got that services. When I called to Amazon team they asked me for Entitlement id which gets generated from JIO, when i provided that, they followed up with me through, please attached screenshot of the mail. But JIO team says that entitlement ID and services are activated.
Both of them are not able to give me any resolution and i am unable to use the services
