I have ordered phone on 9 th August from Amazon prime sale, it was supposed to delivery on 11 August but it was not delivered then on 12 August delivery agent came and when I ask him to wait for five minutes so i can factory reset my phone he mis behave with me for which I raised complaint but no solution was provided and today the order is cancelled by agent.
I need help
