I have purchased smart TV in amazon in last Devaki offer and delivered. As per amazon web site installation is free and wall mount charge is Rs. 499 only for 55” TV.
Service engineer charged ₹1000/ and requested for bill but not provided. This is the same following for all the time for all customers and clearly mentioned that last 3 months onwards follow same. I have conversation with his manager and manager all told the same. Same complaint raised with amazon website and customer care . My extra money not refunded even now and not provided any updates yet.
This is the way lot of money in unaccounted .
His manager scares family like , free service is over now and forces the service engineer to stop install of tv . if you are not pay now. Next time any service engineer will charge Rs.1100/- service charges and wall mount 1000 extra. So my family paid 1000/ and allowed them for installation.
