i ordered a mobile phone on 11nov2020 wich was to be delivered till 13th nov2020. still i have not received my order nor any info neither my money is refunded till date. on complaint or contact to customer service they are giving wiered reasons of return which was never inititated by me. they told me that its their policy to check the product before deliver and it was found to be defective and hence they are retuning the same. this is absurd!!! i have never ever heard about this ever before though i have ordered phone before as well…
