Dear Sir,
My name is Rakesh Reddy. We have newly purchased Amazon basics AC on 13th APR, 2022. It has repaired on 17th MAY 2022. We have called customer care and updated our problem 19th may 2022. Service person came and said some problem is there on AC. After that we have contacted to Amazon customer care service but still now thay are not responding. Every time customer care persons telling we are updating to backend team.
