I had placed an order for HUL pureit copper water purifier from Amazon on 10 Jan 2023. Got a parcel delivered on 14 jan 2023. Parcel contained wired earphones instead of water purifier. Raised a complaint on Amazon the customer support contacted and initiated the return of the order. On 17 January 2023 a delivery boy came to pick the parcel but after seeing the parcel he refused to pickup the return saying my app says return pickup is for water purifier give me that i can take this wrong item. When i didn’t receive water purifier how am i supposed to give it back. After denying the pickup that delivery person himself cancelled the return request stating customer refused to return when i didn’t asked him to cancel. Now Amazon is not taking it back , neither giving me refund and not even providing sellers contact. RetailEZ pvt ltd is the seller company.
