The point that upsets me the most is that after talking to Amazon for hours on chat and despite promising to help me, Amazon did not help. On June 1, 2021, on the first day the product arrived, I told that the package of the product was damaged(should be under Amazon’s responsibility) and that the product could cause problems in the future. And serious problems occurred recently like loud clicking noises and black screens after playing like 2 hours) . After explaining the situation yesterday Amazon said i can talk to the Playstation US customer service. I did talk and explain the situation to Sony usa, the manufacturer, as Amazon advised, and they told me that they could not help me under warranty because the product was purchased from America and I live in Turkey, and they told me to contact the Playstation Turkey team. I also contacted them, but they said that they cannot support the product because it does not have Sony Euroasia warranty (because I bought it from Amazon us). It is like a vicious circle. I couldn’t use my warranty in this situation. I have tried everything Amazon suggested and Amazon told me that they can help me if Sony wouldn’t. They can review the chat chat recordings. I bought this product trusting Amazon with the expectation that Amazon would help me with when this kind of problems occurs. As one of Amazon’s loyal customers for years, I request Amazon to read the chat logs thoroughly and help me to fix the problem as promised. Because, The damage is caused by Amazon and I am the one affected as a customer. I am adding the photos that I took on June 1, 2021 the day the package arrived and also the chat history that i mentioned the box problem. Also from the same day.
