I have ordered Amazfit smart watch cost 12999 and when delivery man gave the package and i opened it, it was empty, there were no watch in it, just the user manual. I complained at Amazon customer service and they said they will investigate but no reply came and no refund was given.

I would also like to inform you that seller named Appario retail private limited is doing this fraud with plenty of people. There are plenty of such complaints on consumercourtcomplaints as well as there are plenty of video posted on youtube with proof that Appario retail private limited is doing the fraud with people. Please take the strict action against Amazon as well as appario retail private limited.
I would also like to inform you that package was also tempered with the tape.
