Subject : Amazon fraud with customer.

i have ordered one product which is amount of Rs:12489.29 ( Redmi Note 6 Pro ) online through the amazon india. Amazon delivery agent could not be contacted me on phone with due to network issue in our area.

So i have decided that i will collect my product directly from the amazon warehouse which is place in Kurla ( Maharashtra weight bridge, LBS Marg ) .

I go there and collect my shipment and open that product in front of amazon senior officer and we found two big stone inside the shipment and CCTV footage is there. Before 3 months ago i had ordered apple 7 phone which is also defective and i have raised the complaint to amazon but they not taken any action.

Now they are fooling to only innocent people, Sir i informing you because i seem that you should to aware about that fraud which is done by amazon. As a respected local citizen it is also my responsibility to aware you because it is not only about me and it is happening with many people and they have not taken any action against the amazon india.

After this incidence,I went to the local police station ( Kurla ) and they called amazon officer and taken his statement on blank paper. They have not raised any FIR against them.

I had gone to amazon store on 03/11/20178 from 3.00 Clock. Whatever is being happen there you can see that on CCTV footage from 3.00 to 4.00.

I have attach some rare picture which i had taken in amazon warehouse.

Please take some necessary action against them.
