I ordered OnePlus Nord 2T 5G (Jade Fog, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) from Amazon.in
Order no. 403-8416046-9687511
I complained because I received wrong item After which the investigation was done by Amazon in which I was told that you have got the wrong item, we will provide you replacement for that and for some reason the replacement failed.
After which the return was provided to me from Amazon But the return failed many times because the delivery partner refused to pickup the return In the meantime, I spoke to Amazon customer care. He assured me not to worry. Your return will be pickup and said that as soon as your return pickup is done you will get your refund for that he also mailed me confirm And finally the wrong item pickup .
After that I spoke to Amazon customer care. He mailed me confirm that you will get your refund by 25. Don’t you worry
I received some confirmed mails from Amazon promising them that we will refund you. I am sending you his screenshot.
And this whole process took 1 month but I didn’t get my refund.
And I get a message from Amazon specialist team that you have sent a wrong item. Sir i have received wrong item then i will return wrong item only .I returned what I got
I have also mailed to Amazon specialist team but no response from their side yet.
Sir I request you to give my fullest help and as soon as possible
