I purchased electronic juicer mixer grinder 750watt on amazon, with order id 407-7581245-8931566 at Rs 999. This order got delivered within few days, but just 2 min after delivery, i opened it and checked the product is different from what i ordered, i received manual juicer which costs near about 250 to 350 rs, i contacted within minutes to amazon care regarding return and refund, but they handover the complaint to amazon social media team, and after few days i got an mail that you received the product in safe and intact condition so we will not issue refund, this is simply cheating, i order different item and received different item, seller is fraud, its responsibility of amazon to refund my money, as soon as possible, as i contacted with few minutes after delivery, how amazon list fraud seller items which cheats with customers..
