Unfortunately, my little brother bought a phone from amazon.ae . When l saw that l returned normally. Today l got a message about my return have done successfully, however, at the same time my account closed by amazon. l contacted them but they don’t have an opinion about refunding my money because my money is in my gift card balance. Amazon is telling me we will not open your account and refund your money. This means l defrauding by amazon. Therefore, please nobody use amazon if you don’t want to cheat on amazon.
