i have bought samsung f62 mobile from amazon a year ago. suddenly one day my mobile shown a notification that my mobile has been blocked for overdue on flipkart smart upgrade plan. i have paid amazon in full using upi transaction. both customer services were neglecting my requests and bouncing back on other services for a week. its been a month i haven’t got any solution regarding this issue. i keep on insisting amazon on this issue they said they have sent a mail regarding this issue. i double check my mail. i haven’t received a mail except link to share details about this problem to amazon.
