I have placed an order for this phone with exchange of realme 2 pro phone which was in excellent condition only body has scratches due to usage, screen was perfect and protected with screen guard, the delivery person peeled off the screen guard but deliberately peeled off glass screen from phone with his nails, and them he said screen is damaged so I have to pay the amount as screen damage phone has less value for exchange. Good condition phone with no screen damage phone has been damaged purposely so less amount to be considered for exchange. It’s been 7 dags I am following up with Amazon, but no resolution of ticket D53420137.
It’s scam running by Amazon to damage the old phone which was given for exchange so that they have to pay less amount for exchange phones.
It’s been 7 days I m following up for same but no resolution. They have damaged my working good condition phone and now who is going to pay for it’s repair and now will not get the same exchange price. I am in loss.
