After the launch of a new product which is Oneplus 13, I ordered the same with all the launch offers and exchange offers. I paid an extra charge for 1 day delivery and waited the product to be delivered. No delivery was attempted and I was given an update that I have rejected the delivery. After several calls to helpline I was told to wait and then the it got returned to seller. Amazon delivery service did not entertain my calls at all. Then customer service asked me to place a fresh order and waited for delivery. Accordingly I ordered again and the same extra charges for fast delivery but then the promised delivery didn’t happen. After several calls again the delivery was attempted finally but the delivery agent rejected the exchange and it got cancelled again . This is a fraud happening all over and the seller name DARSHITA ELECTRONICS has many reviews with these complaints. This has cause a lot of trauma and trouble wherein the promise has not been fulfilled. Please do the needful.
