Ordered this from appario seller … Ordered first on 19th Jan 2021 and product was damaged in delivery center(Delhivery), per Amazon executive suggestion cancelled that product and ordered again on Jan 20th, package again got damaged in delivery center(Delhivery).
Called Amazon executive on 23rd Jan who suggested not to buy that damaged product and placed a replacement order which was confirmed but haven’t got the confirmation or expected delivery date it’s Jan 31st now after 8days(more than a week) still have not received any response from Amazon. Product is still waiting for dispatch.
Paid the product and bought using EMI by Axis Bank debit card, by Feb 5th I have to pay my first month EMI without the product, even cancelling it won’t free up the EMI since it takes more than a week for the bank and Amazon.
Being 6yrs+ Amazon customer who places minimum of 5 orders per month, totally disappointed with this experience and worst commitments given by Tamil Nadu BPO Amazon executives(I’m Tamil, from Chennai).
