I have ordered Samsung 253L 3 Star Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (RT28T3743S8/HL, Elegant Inox, Convertible) – ORDER # 407-2745423-1940328.
This was rejected due to dent on door. I have called Amazon customer care and each time there was different story told by Amazon customer care. Like few examples,
1. Refund would be initiated within 24 hrs
2. Refund would be initiated after returned refrigerator reaches seller and seller validates dent on door.
3. Some person already said refund initiated and will be present within 24 hrs.
In all such cases, there was no refund done even after 4 days of rejection of refrigerator.
I am surprished with this kind of service from Amazon. Can somebody from management take action and provide necessary details to these Customer care team members so that somebody else like me would not suffer.
