am facing ongoing issues with the pickup of my return items. Despite requesting returns, the pickup agent marked my requests as canceled, which is incorrect. I have made multiple calls to customer service to clarify that I did not cancel anything.
On August 14, the pickup agent could not take the item due to space issues and promised to return on August 16, but no one came. This has been happening for the last 4-5 months.
Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.
