I have received wrong item against my order which is of very high value and once found out immediately raised return request for replacement or refund.
Chased Amazon to either provide replacement which was not done. requested to refund the money for which they told that first item you received will be returned and then refund will be processed.
It’s been more than a month and my pickup item is being rejected by pickup staff 5 times, raised return request more than 8 times after interval of 48 hours as customer support told to wait till 48 or 72 hours before initiating another request.
Neither my item is being picked up, nor refund is being processed by amazon and they are just delaying the process and frustrating the hell out of me.
Had multiple chats and call during this time but they are neither able to escalate the issue, neither there is any response from cs-reply@amazon.in email id. They just tell me that they are following process.
