Text of Complaint by Ramesh Murugesan:

I have ordered for Samsung M31 on 18th may 2019. It was suppose to be delivered on 27th May 2019. Product was not delivered till now. When I reached out to customer care executive on 26 June 2019. He told me product will be delivered by 2nd July 2019. He also promised to given a call back on 3rd July. I didn’t receive call from anyone. When I reached out amazon customer care on July 3rd. customer care executive said it was false commitment given by there colleague. This is not acceptable from Amazon. Customers shouldn’t be treated and given false information. I need compensation
