I bought Amazon renewed Dell laptop from amazon.in which got delivered on 19 July 2020.
Open the laptop I found out that it is not working. I thought it might be uncharged and so I tried to charge it only to learn that even the charger is faulty.
Immediately e applied for refund of the laptop the same day itself which is 19th July 2020. The pickup got scheduled for next day but the pickup guy did not come. When I called Amazon customer care as to why the guy did not come to pick up I learnt that it before pickup they needs to be the inspection of laptop as it is an electronic product.
I agreed for the inspection. The inspection guy came and told about the condition of laptop to Amazon.
After inspection every day there is a new pickup which is scheduled by Amazon customer service.
In fact two times the pickup guy has come but did not took the laptop with them saying that the laptop is not switching on and that’s why they cannot take it.
Each time I have made amazoncustomer care aware of the same but it has not helped me up till now.
Ok now everyday they are scheduling it for next day.
