Text of Complaint by Shashi Prakash:

I ordered an Iphone 12 128 gb from amazon in January.
The delivery was delayed.
After multiple calls to amazon, the product got delivered.
On unboxing, there were various things that looked wrong.
firstly, the box said it was a 256gb phone.
Inside the box, the apple stickers were missing and the phone was already set up.
When I went to settings, and checked the phone configuration, it said 512 gb.
Iphone 12 does not come in 512gb, it is only available in the pro version.
I went to the apple website and tried to find out using the serial number and it said the serial number was that of pro model.
All this looked fishy and I immediately contacted amazon for a return.
I had also uploaded pictures on amazon website when CC asked me to , the same day phone was delivered to me.
For 2-3 days amazon refused to accept returns.
After multiple calls again , they agreed for a return pick up.
Phone was picked up on 3rd Feb and amazon carried out an internal investigation.
Now since 3 days I am writing to account specialist team but they are rejecting my refund saying we have returned incorrect product.
How do I return the correct product if what I got itself was a wrong one.
They are not even responding to my queries on mail and CC says its not in their hands now.
What do I do.

It is going to be a month and I still don’t see Amazon providing a solution.
Please help.
