Hi,
This is to bring to your attention I had ordered for a set of 100 masks for Rs 92 as it was mentioned in the description not observing the order had to completed by a minimun quantity of 5. They delivered 5 quantities of the same product and when I contact customer care telling them I don’t want to take 5 quantities of the same product they are refusing to initiate return for this stating that the order doesn’t come under their return policy. This is not the right approach of doing internet business when we want to return something which was not required and they are now refusing to take back the rest. I want to bring to you attention that full details of the order are published because anyone can be fooled by this misleading order details. When they want to put a minimum quantity value of 5 for this order, they should publish the total amount of 5 quantities of the product instead of publishing for 1 quantity. This is absolute harassment from Amazon India. I want appropriate action taken against Amazon for order details like this.
