his has reference to my return order as per the attached details. Today i have been informed by the customer service agent that the received as per the my return remarked as “incorrect item”.
Please note that i have placed my return pick up within 15 minutes from the delivered time as soon i realised the product was damaged. But the product pick was not successful in the first two times as the pick up agent informed that they have some mismatching in the serial numbers. Then the Costumer service scheduled the third pickup on 8th February and it was successfully picked up.
I am attaching the complete video footage of unboxing this package and the damage to the monitor screen is clearly visible.
