I made an Amazon UPI payment of Rs 84 on 3rd March. Amount debited but merchant didn’t receive. I lodged a complaint through app, but no one responded. Transaction was pending till the month of April 1st week and suddenly it become successful. I asked for the refund (via customer service) because I’ve already paid in cash to the vendor. Now after 1 month they are asking me to reach out to the vendor and ask for the refund. I have used many UPI, if any transaction gets failed or pending they generally refund the money within 3-4 business days. But Amazon denied to refund the amount. This is absolutely not fair.
