I had ordered a merchandise on Amazon but I had changed my mind and I cancelled my order till date I have not received my refund I cancelled on the 14. I spoke to Amazon they said refund has been initiated. I call Punjab National bank customer care where all the numbers are invaild or either busy all the time. Order was coffee by sleeply owl.
