Dear sir,
I have ordered samsung m04 mobile from amazon.Due to some reason i have cancelled the order. My account mobile number is 9047009392. The refund is very delayed. While cantacting your customer care they have again amd again tell the same story. They have given only the RRN. While submitting the same to my bank with SBI.They have simply rejected the RRN and request for UTR number. I have already cantacted more than 10 times to your customer care. They have simply tell the same story again and again. Pls help me in this regard.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I did not expect such a worst experience from amazon.Kindly help me.
