I ordered a product at amazon on 22nd November & the product dispatched on same day & reached nearest delivery center on next day & then amazon canceled my order & give a reason that pricing issue on this product then i am connected to amazon customer service they told me to reorder same product we will refund remaining amount to your amazon pay balance. Then I reorder same product oncall with customer executive. Two days later product delivered & call received the amazon executive & they told me after return period is over we will initiate your difference amount. Tod days back when I call to executive they told me that your amount initiated & it will reflect after 48 hours. Today when i call to amazon executive they clearly refused to initiate my difference amount.
