I placed an order which was not the same i ordered and color of the product differentiated so i placed return request. Pickup guy refused to pick up order. When i comtacted amazon, they placed new pick up request. Product is not picked up yet. I am following up with amazon team since a week but all they do is create new pickup request and lie that it will be picked up soon. My money is stuck because of this. They are not issuing refund.
