I purchased buds 2( 408-0097829-9661900) from Amazon when I opened it i found right bud was missing in that box so immediately I generated a refund from customer care but they refund process took 5 days because they did some internal investigation. After five days my return accepted for 24 Jan but without any confirmation 24th Jan returned cancelled by Amazon team .I again called them and escalate the same with Cs team and they reopen a new return for me.on 25 th Jan product picked up by Amazon team but on 29th Jan I come to know that just because they recived wrong product my refund is cancelled .I immediately rushed to local partner and collected the CCTV footage what product they recived from my side the product was same ie bud2 only .Bow I am asking Amazon team to reply what product they recived in mother w/h but they are not responding me I mailed on osm@amazon.in but no buddy is replying me .
Now I have the cctv footage of local w/h when they recived my return product.
Please help what to do I am planing for leagal Notice I don’t know this help or not.
7000 is not a small amount
