Subject: Didn’t receive the refund yet
I had ordered LG 242 LTR refrigerator on 10th May 2023, my order was prepaid and had to be delivered on 12th May 2023 The delivery person came and asked us to pay again and said it was COD , nd if we don’t pay he’s ready to take the parcel back
I didn’t pay him again as it was already paid
The customer care said it was due to technical issue and your order will be delivered by night the same day
But when I called the customer service again at night They said the parcel has been returned to the seller and your full amount would be refunded
I called the customer service every single day And every single time the customer service said something different thing about the refund
Once they said it’d be refunded in 24hours , wait for 2-3 days , the refund was stuck we’ve reinitiated again, please wait for 4-5 days.
The refund had to be credited by 18th May 2023
But today was 24th May 2023 and I still haven’t got any refund yet
Amazon refund policy says it would be refunded within 7 days max
But it has been 12 days and I haven’t got my refund yet Your customer care service is poorest of poor I want you to look into the matter and refund my money within 24 hours .
Kindly look into the matter ASAP.
