Amazon is not giving me the refund of my item, on calling the customer care, it says that we have returned you but I check my account bank account then my balance is not there and there is an RRN number that too People are not able to provide me, I am calling them again and again and they are not giving me satisfactory answer on my call, it has been almost 1 month, it is bothering me a lot . Please find solution.
