Ordered something on 11 February 2022 from Amazon for rupee 948 using bank of india debit Card. Cancelled the order on same day. Refund initiated by Amazon but amount not credited in my account till now . Talked to BOI Customer care and filled online complaint on 19 Feb but problem not resolved.(Refund reference number- 30005120422042148099914.)
