Sir Madam please support,
Order # 407-3459586-7865960

The installation engineer during demo confirmed that the power button is defective but that’s where it all began.
It’s a gruelling process with Amazon service and I spent by whole day speaking with them.
Now Amazon will send a Amazon technician to verify if the Amazon product is defective or not. His word is the final word, then I need to call them back and beg for mercy.
Then they will repair the so called brand new product in the box and if they are in a good mood replace it with the same substandard product which didn’t work during installation that too if Amazon paid technician has the approval from Amazon to say If the Amazon product is faulty. Totally stuck with it and need your support.
The service agent told me that the installation engineer doesn’t have the knowledge to confirm if the power button is defective he is trained only to install and do a demo.
I need your support for taking action against Amazon for putting my family at risk during COVID as power button not working doesn’t need any deep engineering troubleshooting and has been confirmed by Amazon installation technician to start with but they are putting me through this process and refusing refund.
