This is simply awful. I returned an Xbox to amazon after about a week I received a bill for the x box. I called to complain I was inform that some one “mistakenly “ did not put it back on my store card but on a gift card and there was Nothing they can do so I owe the 400.00 and the 400 in the gift card is only for purchases. For seniors on social security this is travesty I am reporting you nys banking
