I ordered 1 suitcase of size 53cm. Online payment is given. I wanted to replace this item but there is no way to replace it, only a return option is given. The attached tag is also showing a size of 53cm but the actual physical size that we measured using a measuring scale was 43cm, clearly it’s 10cm smaller than mentioned. kindly replace it and provide us correct product.
