Text of Complaint by Ashwin Augustine:

I contacted amazon support (Speciality team and Leadership team) for my Order of Kamiliant by American Tourister KAM Kiza Polypropylene 55 cms Ash Blue Hardsided Cabin Luggage (KAM KIZA SP 55CM – ASH BLUE) for Rs.2399 with order#171-2743649-2698742 but the product was not delivered. Amazon told me tey did multiple investigations on this order and the final result was “they found it was delivered” which is absolutely not the case. I also understood this delivery was done by 3rd party courier and this may be the reason they are unable to help me further.

Amazon also told me no refund or further actions can be done on this matter. I am a regular amazon customer and never had any issues so far. Please help me get a refund for this Amazon order.
