Hi Team,
I’m having issue Amazon agent at my place pincode -517541. every time I order any item without receiving he is changing the status to item delivered. When I tried to complaint the same to Amazon they are useless it’s been every time same issue and these guys never cared to take an action. They are simple saying we can refund not understanding the customer frustration . They are not ready to take any action and I requested without customer approval how can he changes the status, customer should get OTP something like that to verify the product. They are saying only for few items they can do that. one guy name Amal was so rude and not responsible to customer.
