This is regarding the below order is not delivered yet but shown delivered to me and I raised the complaint regarding the same but still no resolution received.

This is very much disappointing to me that I have paid the amount for the product but this is not yet delivered and I have to follow up so long to Amazon and time consuming as I needed the product for some special occasion but due to your service I was not able to celebrate on the specific date.
