I ordered a truke earpod from Amazon and it will delivered on 03 may 2023. I didn’t get my item from the package.. i received a small box ( Item is missing). On that day i registered a complaint through amazon customer service. And they will give 5 days for the process. After that i didn’t get any updation against my complaint….. Today i call to the customer service centre and ask any updation for my complaint , and they said the investigation is over and… I am not eligible for replacement or refund of the product.. and they disconnected my call
