- On 16th July 2021, I ,Himanshu Chhabra bought earphones which is Boat bassheads 225 of Rs. 449 and the delivery date was between 22nd to 24th July 2021. Then on 20th July my order has reached Faridabad when I cheach my tracking ID-264802115779. Then suddenly my package is been dispatched backwards to the selling party of the Amazon without any prior reason given. And when I contacted them for refund, the customer care associate said when it reached the Amazon office i.e the source from where the package is sended. That day I will get back my refund and also when I tried to reorder the same product, the price has also been increased. So I need compilation for the corruption and mental torture for this incident. There are mainly two issues i.e first the money I have given to Amazon is been blocked by them from several days which I can use them in some other word and the second without any notification or reason they have cancelled my order and the reorder of the same product is increased now. So I Himanshu Chhabra requesting you to go through my issues and as a suffering party i will demand a compunsation of Rs.1000 as an Amazon coupon. And I have attached the invoice of the ordered product also.
