I have purchase a laptop(Asus vivobook) from amazon. The product is defective. I called amazon many times to replace my defective item. But still no response. Delivery services is very poor. I am very disappointed and I request you please take action against them. Still they said to return why I could return it if you give option to replace. Their delivery persons very lier. Every time they lie. First time person said address is not reachable and second time person came and he dint give me product because of Leck knowledge of technical and they submit customer was denied for product.
