Text of Complaint by Babita Gautam:

I’d bought a plan of Rs 999 of jiofiber with a benefit of one year Amazon prime membership in October 2021. On 26 Dec 2021 I got a mail from Amazon Prime for the cancellation of prime membership. I’ve done chat with Amazon prime customer care they said that this is service Is cancelled by the benefit provider which is Jio. Attaching the screenshot of mail.
