Hi,
I wanted to highlight that I am an Airtel postpaid customer and I have been provided one full year subscription of amazon prime with my plan. Last month my one year subscription ended and I called customer care and told them not to renew it for this month. which they agreed and said they have removed it and no additional charges come with my bill.
but when i receive my bill amazon prime charges are included in my bill. please check this asap. i don’t want subscription of amazon prime, remove it immediately and resend my bill with no additional charges of amazon prime.
