I have purchased JIO Postpaid plan of rs 399/- for Mobile services.
In this Plan Amazon Prime service are complementary but I have not got that services. When I called to Amazon team they asked me for Entitlement id which gets generated from JIO, but JIO team says that they cannot find the entitlement ID but services are activated.
Both of them are not able to give me any resolution and i am unable to use the services.
