Respected sir/madam

I have upgraded my airtel plan 2 months back from 399 to 499 in airtel app they were showing to provide amazon prime on plan upgrade prior I took same benefits  from my airtel broadband as well now after two months they are not able to activate the plan for amazon and they are continuously charging 499 per month. They are misleading people and increasing mental tensions
